When the UC system is OCS/Lync

If Telia CallGuide is connected to Microsoft OCS or Microsoft Lync you can execute the same functions as towards other UC systems. Search methods are the same as default, as when there is no uc system integration made. Below you see what differs in handling

Lync – Attendant message can’t be set by another person

In Microsoft Lync there is no support for attendant messages, presence message or activities, which is why the operator cannot set an activity for a Lync user via Unifinder. Set activities can be made for logged-out agents functions as usual.
